This is a modders resource, you will have to place this model in you game yourself, using

3 birdbaths (black, green and marble) (_ti_"color"bbath)
one wooden bench (_ti_benchwood)
one sundial (_ti_sundial)
one wooden chair (_ti_gchair)
one gazebo (_ti_gazebo)
one arbour (_ti_arbour)
one vase with soil in it (_ti_dirtvase)
one parasol (_ti_parasol)
one vase (_ti_gvase)
One hanging plant pot (_ti_hangingpot)
